Meet John
A second-generation contractor
John Clayton got his start working alongside his father in the family remodel business in Logan, Utah — hands-on experience across concrete, carpentry, windows, siding, soffit and fascia, and raingutter.
Craftsmanship comes naturally to John and is embedded in the final product. Over the years he has built a reputation with city building and planning departments as someone who takes a positive approach to problem solving.
His vision is to create communities that meet buyers' needs for a carefree, active lifestyle — projects people want to own a piece of.
